Rhod-FF AM is a cell-permeable fluorescent calcium indicator hydrolysed by intracellular esterases to form rhod-FF, with emission/excitation wavelengths of 552/580 nm. Exhibiting low affinity for Ca, Rhod-FF AM enables detection of elevated calcium concentrations within the 10-200 µM range.
