It reduces neuronal excitability.Bisabolone oxide A inhibits alpha glucokinase and has been shown to inhibit alpha glucokinase in Helicoverpa armigera, Aedes vittatus, and Anopheles subpictus larvae and showed biotoxicity in Helicoverpa armigera, Aedes vittatus and Anopheles subpictus larvae experiments.
