Antitubercular agent-15 (Compound 5n) is an antitubercular agent with low cytotoxicity against pulmonary fibroblasts and macrophages. The MIC90 values against M. tuberculosis H37Rv, CF16, CF61, CF76, CF152, and CF161 are 0.73, 7.69, 9.38, 18.80, 7.53, and 7.31 µg/mL, respectively [1].
