AChE-IN-7 (Compound 16) is a selective and effective acetylcholinesterase inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.045 µM for eeAChE and 19.68 µM for eeBuChE. It has high blood-brain barrier permeability, is safe in vivo and in vitro, and demonstrates good pharmacokinetics and high bioavailability (F=55.5%).
