KIF18A-IN-4 is a moderately potent, non-competitive KIF18A inhibitor of ATP and microtubule with an IC50 of 6.16 µM. It selectively acts on many mitotic kinesins and kinases, without directly affecting microtubule protein assembly, and shows anti-tumour effects.
