KRAS inhibitor-15 (compound 3-19) is a potent inhibitor of KRAS G12C with an IC50 of 0.954 µM. It exhibits p-ERK inhibition in MIA PaCA-2 and A549 cells with IC50s of 2.03 µM and >33.3 µM, respectively. KRAS inhibitor-15 has potential for study in pancreatic, colorectal, and lung cancers.
