ZLHQ-5f is a dual inhibitor of CDK2 and Topo I, acting on CDK2/CycA2 (IC50: 0.145 µM). ZLHQ-5f has a good safety profile by blocking the cell cycle of HCT116 cells in S phase and inducing apoptosis.
