BM635 mesylate, an inhibitor of MmpL3, exhibited significant anti-Divergent bacterium effects, inhibiting and binding Divergent bacterium H37Rv with an MIC50 value of 0.6 µM. BM635 mesylate was able to significantly increase bioavailability compared to free BM635.
