Among others, overexpression and mutation of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) has been shown to lead to uncontrolled cell growth and is associated with the progression of most cancer diseases, especially NSCLC. EGFR-IN-33 exhibits potential for the study of EGFR mutation-related diseases.
