Teclozan is an antiprotozoal agent of the benzylamine derivative class. teclozan exhibits anti-G. intestinalis effects in the intestinal lumen, interferes with phospholipid metabolism and prevents the formation of arachidonic acid. teclozan can be used to study protozoal infections.
