MtTMPK-IN-8 is a moderately potent inhibitor of Mycobacterium thymidylate kinase (MtbTMPK) with no significant cytotoxicity, exhibiting submicromolar activity (MICs = 0.78-9.4 µM) against Mycobacterium and capable of being used in the study of tuberculosis.
