L5-DA is a G-quadruplex (G4) ligand that selectively stabilizes G4s, exhibiting significant cytotoxicity to HeLa cells with an IC50 value of 4.3 µM. It stabilizes G4s in HeLa cells, blocking the cell cycle and inducing apoptosis.
