IKKbeta-IN-1 is a potent, orally active inhibitor of IkappaB (IKK-beta) with an IC50 of 0.20 µM. It reduces the inhibition of PGE2 and TNF-alpha production in murine macrophages and protects mice from infection shock-induced death.
