COX-2-IN-10 is a potent COX-2 inhibitor that exhibits inhibitory effects on the production of IL-6, TNF-alpha, and IL-1beta, and inhibits PGE2 production in a concentration-dependent manner with an IC50 value of 2.54 µM. Additionally, COX-2-IN-10 inhibits the expression of iNOS and COX-2 at both mRNA and protein levels.
