Pacanalotamab (AMG 420, BI-836909) is a bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) that specifically targets BCMA (B cell maturation antigen) and CD3epsilon. By redirecting T cells to cells expressing BCMA, Pacanalotamab facilitates the T-cell mediated lysis of human multiple myeloma (MM) cell lines [1].
