Product Description

Sp-Thymidine-5-O-(1-thiotriphosphate) (Sp-TTP-alpha-S), an isomer of the sulfur-containing nucleotide derivative TTP-alpha-S, exhibits affinity for HIV-1 reverse transcriptase with dissociation constants (Kds) of 2.88, 4.23, and 20.21 µM in the presence of magnesium, manganate, and cobalt, respectively. Additionally, Sp-TTP-alpha-S effectively inhibits the enzyme deoxynucleoside triphosphate triphosphohydrolase SAMHD1 with an inhibition constant (Ki) of 46 nM.
