iNOS/COX-2-IN-3 (compound 7d) is a dual inhibitor of iNOS and COX-2, demonstrating potential anti-inflammatory activity in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells (IC50=3.48 µM). This compound exhibits good plasma stability, oral activity, and gastric safety. Its inhibitory effects on iNOS and COX-2 expressions are 5.43 times and 2.37 times higher than those of Indomethacin, respectively.
