NFh-ALP is an alkaline phosphatase (ALP)-activated photosensitizer. When activated by ALP in cells, NFh-ALP generates singlet oxygen (1O2) under stimulation at 808 nm, effectively killing tumor cells by inducing apoptosis. It also exhibits good biocompatibility. The maximum absorption wavelength of NFh-ALP is approximately 656 nm.
