AMT-562 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) composed of a novel anti-HER3 antibody, Ab562, linked to the linker Mc-VC-PAB and the topoisomerase I inhibitor, Exatecan. The ADCs toxic component and linker are represented as MC-VA-PAB-Exatecan. AMT-562 can induce apoptosis and exhibits antitumor activity against pancreatic, esophageal, and gastric cancers.
