FB-825 is a humanized monoclonal antibody (mAb) that targets IGHE. It specifically binds to the CepsilonmX domain of membrane-bound IgE (mIgE), resulting in the downregulation of mIgE-positive B cells and reduced production of IgE. FB-825 is applicable in research on allergic asthma, atopic dermatitis, Jobs syndrome, and allergic rhinitis.
