GSK2618960 is a human-derived monoclonal antibody (mAb) that targets IL-7Ra/CD127. It inhibits IL-7-induced STAT5 phosphorylation and enhances CD4 T cell proliferation responses while increasing the expression of CD83, CD86, and CD209 in PBMCs. GSK2618960 is applicable for research on multiple sclerosis and Sjogrens syndrome. The recommended isotype control is Human IgG1 kappa Isotype Control.
