ZEB85 is a human monoclonal antibody (mAb) that targets TrkB. It activates TrkB and its downstream signaling cascade, enhancing neuronal activity. ZEB85 can prevent beta-amyloid toxicity in cultured hippocampal neurons and is useful for Alzheimers disease (AD) research.
