PE0116 is a fully humanized CD137 agonistic monoclonal antibody, generated from immunized Harbor H2L2 transgenic mice. Acting as a ligand blocker, PE0116 activates NF-kappaB signaling, which significantly enhances T cell proliferation and increases cytokine secretion in vitro. In the MC38 tumor model, PE0116 demonstrates strong antitumor activity.
