RG-7258 is a humanized monoclonal antibody (mAb) that targets CRLF2. It inhibits dendritic cell activation and mast cell cytokine release, and reduces Th2 inflammation in non-human primate models of allergic pulmonary inflammation. RG-7258 is applicable in asthma research.
