CDX-1140 is a human IgG2 CD40 agonist antibody. It activates dendritic (DC) and B cells and induces NF-kB stimulation in CD40-expressing reporter cell lines. CDX-1140 functions independently of Fc receptor binding and works synergistically with natural CD40L signaling. It exhibits both direct and immune-mediated antitumor activity, making it useful for lymphoma and solid tumor research.
