SHR-1703 is a long-acting humanized anti-IL-5 IgG1 monoclonal antibody. It selectively identifies and binds to IL-5, preventing IL-5 from associating with the alpha chain of eosinophil surface receptors. This action inhibits the proliferation, activation, and migration of eosinophils, ultimately reducing eosinophil-mediated inflammation and damage. SHR-1703 is applicable for research into eosinophil-related diseases, such as eosinophilic asthma. The recommended isotype control is HumanIgG1kappa, Isotype Control.
