ABX-MA1 is a humanized IgG2 monoclonal antibody inhibitor targeting MCAM/MUC18. It significantly reduces homotypic aggregation and heterotypic adhesion with HUVEC, as well as the formation of experimental lung metastasis. In A375SM/WM2664 xenograft mouse models, ABX-MA1 effectively suppresses tumor growth, angiogenesis, and MMP-2 expression, indicating potential for melanoma research.
