AMG-780 is a fully human IgG2 antibody targeting angiopoietin 1 (Ang1) with an IC50 of 4.5 nM and angiopoietin 2 (Ang2) with an IC50 of 0.06 nM. It inhibits tumor growth in Colo205 xenograft mouse models by suppressing Ang1 and Ang2. AMG-780 can be used in cancer research, such as for colorectal cancer.
