Product Description

DSPE-PEG-Vinyl Sulfone, MW 2000, is a phospholipid PEG that self-assembles into lipid bilayers in water. This polymer is useful for encapsulating therapeutic agents, such as nucleic acids (mRNA/DNA) or proteins, in drug delivery systems. Vinyl sulfone reacts with thiol molecules through a thiol-ene reaction to enable bioconjugation. Reagent-grade, for research use only.
