DSPE-PEG5000-MPG is a PEG compound composed of DSPE and a peptide carrier (MPG). MPG is derived from the nuclear localization sequence (NLS) of the SV40 large T antigen and the fusion peptide domain of HIV-1 gp41. This compound effectively delivers short oligonucleotides into cells independently of the endosomal pathway.
