4-Arm-PEG-Azide (MW 400) (4-Arm-PEG-N3 (MW 400)) is a PEG derivative composed of PEG units and an azide group. It contains an azide functional group capable of undergoing copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules that have alkyne groups. Additionally, it can participate in strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
