DBCO-PEG-NHS (MW 5000) is a functionalized PEG derivative composed of DBCO, PEG chain and NHS ester. Among them, NHS esters can be covalently coupled with amino acids or other amino-containing molecules, and DBCO groups can undergo copper-free click reaction with azide groups through strain-promoted alkyne-azido cycloaddition reaction (SPAAC).
