Product Description

Diclofenac-d4(sodium) is the deuterated form of Diclofenac sodium. Diclofenac Sodium (GP 45840) is an effective, non-selective anti-inflammatory agent that acts as a COX inhibitor, with IC50 values of 4 nM for human COX-1 and 1.3 nM for COX-2 in CHO cells. For sheep COX-1 and COX-2, the IC50 values are 5.1 µM and 0.84 µM, respectively. Diclofenac Sodium induces apoptosis in neural stem cells by activating the caspase cascade [apoptosis].
