Trametinib-13C6 is a 13C labeled version of Trametinib. Trametinib (GSK1120212, JTP-74057) is an orally active MEK inhibitor with IC50 values of 2 nM for MEK1 and MEK2. It has the capability to activate autophagy and induce apoptosis.
