Interleukin 7 Receptor alpha (IL-7Ralpha), also known as CD127, is a 75 kDa hematopoietin receptor superfamily member that plays an important role in lymphocyte differentiation, proliferation, and survival. IL-7Ralpha is majorly expressed on T cells and their precursors, and early in B cell development as well, prior to the appearance of surface IgM. Dynamic regulation of IL-7Ralpha is important for the generation of appropriate immune responses. IL-7R alpha/CD127 Protein, Mouse, Recombinant (hFc) is expressed in HEK293 mammalian cells with C-Fc tag. The predicted molecular weight is 61-75 KDa and the accession number is P16872.
