Zaluzanin C is a sesquiterpene lactone exhibiting anti-inflammatory properties. It inhibits mtROS production and the NF-kappaB signaling pathway while reducing TNF-alpha production. Moreover, Zaluzanin C prevents the differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes into mature adipocytes.
