P-ESBP-DOX is an HPMA copolymer-drug conjugate composed of an E-selectin binding peptide and Doxorubicin. It exhibits cytotoxicity against TNFalpha-activated human vascular endothelial cells (IVEC) with an IC50 of 0.28 µM and is useful for tumor vasculature research.
