beta-catenin inhibitory peptoid (compound 13) disrupts the interaction between beta-catenin and TCF with an IC50 of 5.44 µM. It inhibits Wnt signaling in prostate cancer cell lines (IC50 = 0.105 µM) and androgen receptor (AR) signaling (IC50 = 1.02 µM). This compound significantly reduces cell proliferation in prostate cancer cell lines.
