LVTX-8 is a peptide toxin extracted from Lycosa vittata. It exhibits potent anticancer and antimetastatic effects against lung cancer, with strong cytotoxicity. LVTX-8 significantly induces apoptosis via the P53 hypoxia pathway and integrin signaling, inhibiting proliferation, invasion, and migration of lung cancer cells. It markedly suppresses tumor growth and metastasis in A549/H460 xenograft mouse models.
