Product Description

OVA(250-264) (OVAvac) (OVAp) is an antigenic peptide derived from chicken egg ovalbumin, presented by class I MHC molecule H-2Kb. This peptide, when combined with alphaMSLN (anti-MSLN antibody), significantly stimulates the production and infiltration of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells, thereby enhancing antitumor effects in an in situ pancreatic cancer mouse model. It is applicable in developing tumor neoantigen vaccines for pancreatic cancer immunotherapy research.
