FZ1 peptide is an integrin (integrin) alphavbeta3 agonist. It binds to integrin alphavbeta3 and efficiently activates FAK, as well as FAK-dependent AKT and ERK1/2 signaling pathways. Additionally, FZ1 peptide enhances VEGFC-induced endothelial angiogenesis and accelerates the healing of diabetic skin wounds.
