FcIII-GN3 is a bifunctional polypeptide designed to target and degrade IgG. It facilitates the internalization of IgG by HepG2 cells, directing internalized IgG to late endosomes/lysosomes, thereby reducing pathological high levels of IgG through the liver cells innate clearing mechanism. FcIII-GN3 is applicable for studying IgG-mediated diseases.
