BD-10X (Lipase for biodiesel production) is a methanol-tolerant lipase with high catalytic activity, suitable for biodiesel synthesis. The mild reaction conditions of BD-10X prevent hydroxyl oxidation, the breaking of double bonds, and the formation of by-products other than glycerol.
