Tte UvrD Helicase is a thermostable UvrD helicase initially isolated from Thermoanaerobacter tengcongensis. This enzyme can unwind DNA duplexes that have 3 or 5 single-stranded DNA tails, as well as DNA substrates with blunt ends.
