DNA Recombinase is an efficient multifragment recombinase mixture that facilitates the assembly of one or more DNA fragments into any linearized vector to form a complete plasmid. It operates by recognizing the homologous arms (17bp-50bp) at the ends of DNA inserts and linearized vectors, without regard to fragment length or end compatibility.
