Guanylate Kinase, Porcine (EC 2.7.4.8) is an enzyme that transfers phosphorus-containing groups (phosphotransferase) using phosphate groups as the acceptor. It plays a role in purine metabolism. The enzyme uses ATP and GMP as substrates, and its products are ADP and GDP.
