L-Lactic Dehydrogenase, Porcine (EC 1.1.1.27), is an enzyme found in nearly all living cells, including those of animals, plants, and prokaryotes. This enzyme facilitates the conversion between pyruvate and lactate and also mediates the interconversion of NADH and NAD+.
