ATII (Traseolide) is a polycyclic musk fragrance and a hydrophobic hapten. It exhibits no genotoxicity towards human lymphocytes and the human liver cancer cell line Hep G2. ATII can strongly bind to the antibody M02/05/01 (H93 Val) and can also be conjugated with carrier proteins for antigen design.
