HDACdegrader-2 is a selective HDAC degrader with a DC50 value of 2.55 µM for HDAC1. It effectively induces the degradation of HDAC1 and HDAC2, without significantly affecting HDAC3, 4, 6, and 8. HDACdegrader-2 exhibits strong antiproliferative effects on MM.1S and MCF-7 cells and can induce apoptosis (apoptosis) in myeloma cells. This compound is useful for research on myeloma.
