This kit is designed to determine DUB inhibitor specificity and potency. You can select 10 DUBs of your choice from our DUB list. Each DUB is sufficient for 20 X 50ul reactions using a working concentration of 10nM. The supplied Ub-rhodamine 110 is sufficient for 550 X 50ul reactions using a working concentration of 100nM. The supplied iodoacetamide can be used as an inhibitor of cysteine DUBs using a working concentration of 10mM.
